TRX Suspension

TRX suspension training allows you to perform exercises using your body weight and gravity. Exercise difficulty can be custom designed by adjusting body positions to add or decrease resistance. TRX suspension training is appropriate for people of all fitness levels. It is a total body work out that helps develop core stability and overall muscular endurance. TRX works well in combination with Pilates because the basic Pilates principals are the foundation of suspension training.
